Our Team

Nathaniel Korn

Nathaniel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended University of Colorado at Boulder where he received a BA in Finance and an International Business Certificate. Additionally, he studied in Sanitago, Chile at Universidad Catolica de Chile; Universidad de Chile and in Buenos Aires, Argentina at Universidad Catolica de Argentina and Universidad de Buenos Aires. Later, Nathaniel earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.

Nathaniel is a Registered Investment Adviser and Series 65 Licensed with the NASD and FINRA. His key skills include: finance, valuation, and capital markets. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Nathaniel is driven by the process of creating a vision and working hard to achieve goals. He enjoys building relationships with his team, partners and customers. Outside of the office, Nathaniel is often reading or enjoying outdoor activities, especially on the water.

Cynthia Veliz

Cynthia was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey. She studied Business Administration at Saint Thomas University then gained valuable experience working as an executive assistant to corporate executives of private businesses. In 2019, Cynthia joined IMAIM CAPITAL as a bookkeeper and shortly after as Property Manager Assistant. Her customer service, office management experience, organizational skills and work ethic will be positive additions to the company."

Henry Guedez - Maintenance

Henry was born in Caracas Venezuela. He obtained his degree in Automotive Mechanics in 1988 from Instituto Universitario De Tecnología Industrial (IUTI) in Caracas. He moved to Miami in the year 2000. Henry is skilled at a wide range of repairs, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.

Henry has worked with other development companies but mostly has been self-employed. His main hobbies include diving and boating. Henry started working with IMAIM PROPERTY as an independent contractor since 2013, and finally became a full time employee during the summer of 2017.

Melissa Henriquez

Melissa was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She obtained her BA in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana de Santo Domingo and her Master in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Melissa moved to Miami, Florida in 2009 where she pursued a Certificate in Hospitality Management at Florida International University. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and intermediate French.

She began her career in real estate when she joined IMAIM CAPITAL team in 2014. Since then, she has specialized in leasing services (both residential and commercial), property management, real estate marketing, and tenant and landlord relations.
